It’s been a bit quiet on the wedding front since we welcomed our baby girl back in February. I’ve loved living in the motherhood bubble but it’s been fun writing again and getting to know lots of couples this last month and I am super excited to kick off wedding season with two gorgeous couples this week!

These two are simply the cutest and what’s more, they’re now both my cousins! Their Baxter Barn wedding took place on a perfect sunny day in November last year and it was endless smiles and laughter all round. Mish & Shan chose to spend their 10th anniversary getting married in one of their favourite places, the enchanting Redwood Forest and I was so honoured they asked me to join them as their celebrant. After 10 years together and 2 beautiful kids, they thought it was about time Mish also became an O’Sullivan and despite the rain, the wedding was fit for a Disney princess & her prince (horse drawn carriage and all!)...wishing you both the most amazing ‘happily ever after’ and much love x

‘This is us.’ Being able to play a role in the special day of those you love is quite easily the best part of this celebrant gig...in fact it’s why I got into it in the first place and marrying my dear friend Sally to her English gentleman, Ash, was particularly special. The chemistry, love and laughter between these two is undeniable and their stunning choice of a picnic and to be surrounded by just family was perfection and captured beautifully by Dan Brannan Photography. The emotive and personal vows handwritten in a beautiful little wooden book were my personal highlight. Ash & Sally I’m so delighted that you found each other on the other side of the world and that you chose me and the Mornington Peninsula to tie the knot. Wishing you both all the love & happiness in the world always.

Animal and adventure lovers Meesha & Tyson tied the knot on a very warm Autumn afternoon at the St Andrews Recreation Reserve. It was a beautiful family affair right down to ‘best dog’ Stump being by their side the whole time. A special congratulations to these two on the arrival of their gorgeous baby girl, Maddison Rose. Who would have thought that buying my son’s 1st pram would somehow lead me to this moment...Sarai & Aaron had been together 13 years, had two beautiful daughters, built a fun-filled life together but getting married had somehow always ended up on the bottom of the-to-do list...well that was until Sarai and I became Co-workers and then friends through and she found out I was a celebrant. Then it seemed there was no stopping them and only a few months later we found ourselves here at the gorgeous Eastern Beach Reserve on this glorious summer day. Thank you Sarai & Aaron for inviting me to share in your special day - I just loved helping your happy little family officially become ‘The Chucks’’. xx

Belinda & Lincoln say ‘that when they met it was as if 2 souls had recognised each other and they just knew they had found the one.’ Funny because when I met Belinda at Mother’s group I just knew we’d be friends too but what I didn’t know was that in two years time I’d have the honour of marrying them at the stunning .
They, along with their beautiful daughter Olivia, make the greatest team and we are so lucky to count them as our friends.

No fools here...Jo & Michael Hanger April 1st, 2017. Such a beautiful wedding at Richmond Rowing Club and what’s more I got to play bridesmaid and official celebrant for two of my best friends whilst one of their oldest and dearest friends with amazing public speaking skills wrote and delivered the ceremony. This is such a fun and personal option for those couples with a friend or family member with the gift of the gab.
