The goddess Amelia 🤍🤍🤍 I do love my window light. Natural lighting is my jam when shooting portraits. It always gives such a dramatic (yet soft) effect and chances are if there’s a window nearby, I’ll probably get you to stand by it. What do you think? Is this your vibe too?

Kelvin + Shaun! It finally happened! After your wedding was postponed due to the pandemic, I had no idea that it was going to be a blessing in disguise. Over the now 3 years of knowing you both, talking wedding plans, drinking wine, and laughing into the night in Melbourne, I have now been gifted a friendship. You two are the kindest, most caring humans, ones who adore having fun and taking their loved ones on the ride. I am so lucky to call you my dear friends and I am absolutely overjoyed from your beautiful wedding yesterday. I can’t even begin with the feelz I have, so instead I will post a few of my fave moments.

Last wedding of 2022!! This one was super special, not only because my couple booked me waaaay before the pandemic only to have to cancel their March 2020 wedding a week before. They finally got there! Also, how lucky am I to have one of my faves second shoot for me; I couldn’t have asked for a better wingwoman!
Can’t wait for more weddings, love, elopement’s and engagements in 2023… but until then, cheers!! Hope everyone has a great holiday season! And to all my wedding industry peeps out there, YOU ROCK and you should all be very proud of what you’ve achieved this year. Love you all! ###

✨ Let's talk "Golden Hour" ✨. To my couples out there who haven't heard photographers or lighting fanatics gush and rave about this aforementioned "time", lemme get ready to gush.⁠

"Golden Hour" or magic hour, is the soft golden light right before the sun sets. It creates this magical (hence the word) lighting that makes you feel like you are in a fairy tale. It is my favourite time to photograph couples, and something that I encourage all of my couples to make time for! Not only do you look like SUPER babes that have descended from the heavens, but it also allows just the two of you to take in the beautiful day, breath each other in, and giggle to yourselves that you are finally married! Sometimes this is the only chance you have on your own (with me of course creeping in the background), but regardless, it's a time to be enjoyed!⁠
