When it comes to manage your own event budgeting here are my top 5 tips.

1. Prioritise most important to least- Write down the key elements that are most important to you!
2. Set a clear budget early- Determine the total amount you're willing to spend on your celebration.
3. Plan ahead- This will give you the opportunity to go over ideas, themes, decorations and layout.
4. Budget Allocation This will help with allocating the budget to the right areas that are a priority
5. Local Knowledge- Event Planners can refer you to reputable suppliers and vendors who we use and trust! Using an event planner takes away stress and worry, and gives you peace of mind to enjoy your event!

The sooner you begin to plan your BUDGET, the less stressful it will be!

I love the late night slider snack idea!

Sometimes a lot of times people don't eat that much when the main food is out because they are talking and getting settled...but these handheld sliders at the end of the night especially after dancing and some drinks are a must have!

I'm definitely still going to have the cake and ice cream for dessert but why not have both 🤣😍

I hate raining on your celebration ☔️

My top tip is always have a back up plan!
You don't want your function to be ruined because of the weather.

Think about:
✔️ Where the function will take place if it's windy or raining
✔️ Will your guests be undercover
✔️ Is the ground safe to walk on
✔️ Will the hired equipment be safe and protected

Your event planner will assist with all these details and keep the suppliers up to date with possible changes. I like to have a contingency plan in place so we have discusses ideas for the forecasted wet weather...

My dad’s dad fought in WW2, not that we ever spoke about it but it’s still a tribute to see his name on the honour board at the Mullumbimby Ex-Services Club.
