My top tip is always have a back up plan!
You don't want your function to be ruined because of the weather.
Think about:
✔️ Where the function will take place if it's windy or raining
✔️ Will your guests be undercover
✔️ Is the ground safe to walk on
✔️ Will the hired equipment be safe and protected
Your event planner will assist with all these details and keep the suppliers up to date with possible changes. I like to have a contingency plan in place so we have discusses ideas for the forecasted wet weather...
