Dave who hails from Peru before calling Newcastle home has so very kindly and generously donated his time for some cool tunes during the day

I would love to see you on the day - don’t miss Dave between 2 and 4 where we can also indulge in some amazing South American food from the restaurant

Don’t forget to feed everyone
Your Bridal Party, the family, the photographer, the hair and make up and anyone that makes up part of your day.

No one will eat until at least 5pm and trust me when I say the brides and grooms sometimes don’t eat at the reception

So be sure to eat brunch and have lots of fuel to get you through the very long day

Thanks to everyone who picked up their meals over the last few days
Here are the heating instructions for the hot meal
To reheat the meats in the bag, bring a pot of water to the boil, then simmer. Drop the bag into the water for 4 to 5 minutes or desired temperature / snip bag (watch hot juices and serve.)
To reheat meats in the oven - Line a baking paper with baking paper, lay meats on pan , you can add a dip of butter or olive oil / cover in foil and bake in oven 140 degrees for 12 minutes or until desired temperature
For baked veg
Air fryer at 170 for 4 to 5 minutes
Oven bake put in baking tray uncovered at 160 for 6 to 7 minutes
Beans and carrots - put into a microwave container and heat to desired temperature
Gravy - lift lid slightly microwave for 3 minutes
For those who received rice this can be a salad or or can be eaten warmed up like the garden veges
Please plate up individually or present on your plates and bowls
Enjoy your time with your family knowing you dont have a big walk up at the end

We have a huge variety of Canapés for the next few weeks for all your parties and Christmas - We won’t tell your guests you didn’t make them 🤫
All canapés are hand made with fresh quality ingredients and lots of ❤️

They are then put in a blast chiller this locks in the flavour and freshness and allows you to pop them frozen in your freezer or put in the fridge before popping them into the oven - Most take under 10 minutes to reheat

So why not grab a few bags and pop them in your freezer to bring out when you are entertaining or get ready for New Years

What a blast we had yesterday setting up one of our deluxe grazing tables Argyle House, Newcastle

All the guests were blown away with the colours textures and flavours

After a little graze on the cold selection they moved to the hot canapé selection
