🌺 Favourite Colours: Start with colours that you and your partner love.
🍂 Seasonal Inspiration: Consider the season you’re getting married in. Each season brings its own unique colours and flowers.
👗 Wardrobe Clues: Look at the colours you and your partner usually wear. This can provide a natural and comfortable starting point.
🌸 Favourite Flowers: If there’s a flower you absolutely love, use it as a starting point. Just keep in mind their seasonal availability. (Being a product of nature, flowers are a seasonal/colour blocking thing. i.e. if you are deliberately getting married mid-November to have access to peonies, choosing a purple only colour palette won’t work with a flower that only grows in white, pink and burgundy)
🎨 Venue Colours: Incorporate colours that complement the venue’s design. This will ensure everything looks cohesive and well-planned.
We usually use a basic colour wheel and complementary colour philosophy to blend and work our palettes. From classic black and white to soft, dreamy pastels, your chosen palette will set the tone for the entire event.
