Its with much sadness and excitement that I write this but would just like to let everybody officially know that I have decided to end the catering business in Parkes to move on to exciting new adventures in Brisbane!!!I wont be leaving Parkes till early September but the business has now finished.... It was great to finish up feeding 112 people at the Parkes Showgirl dinner at Gracelands on Saturday night!!! Between the perfect blend and bld catering this journey has been amazing and so blessed to have had soo much support in both businesses from all my loyal clients, I just want to thank all my staff that have worked in either business you have all been amazing and created memories that last with me forever :):)

Bld catering is sad to say goodbye to Tammy from house effects, you have made our life too easy running across the road when we would break something in the cafe and then finding all the products and utensils we needed for the catering business ..... I recommend everyone go in and have a look at house effects great closing down specials .... We love you Tam and wish only the best for your next venture :) :)

To All My Brilliant Customers,

As you’re probably already aware, I have sold The Perfect Blend. My Last day will be next Thursday the 27th September. I would like to say a many thanks to every one of my customers for an amazing 2 ½ years. I wish the new owner Kelly all the best and look forward to coming in and experiencing the cafe as a customer. There has been so many great memories and crazy times shared in this store. I am humbled the way every one of my customers has let me into their lives. I’m looking forward to spending the last week with all my staff and doing what we do best, making you the perfect coffee and meal every time you enter the store. Please see below trading hours.
