Job Title: Floral Production Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floral Production Assistant to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for flowers, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:💐
Strip and prepare flowers for bouquet arrangement
Assist florists with assembling bouquets and other floral products
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning, heavy lifting, and emptying bins
Support florists in fulfilling customer orders efficiently and accurately
Assist with preparations during busy periods such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day (essential)
Requirements ⭐️
Passion for floral design and willingness to learn new techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physical stamina for tasks such as lifting, standing, and working with flowers for extended periods
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work 3-5 days per week (availability during busy periods such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day is essential)
Prior experience in floral production or design is a plus but not required
