Today’s bake is all about Sourdough Ears & Art - as the saying goes, you eat with your eyes first & if you’re in my house, your nose before your eyes… I love my Sourdough bread to look, smell & taste, not good but bloody sensational, & I have no qualms in proudly saying it does all 3, because it is Homemade, Handmade, Artisan bread… no mixers, no dough hooks, no machines are involved until the oven to bake it. I had a call yesterday from a lovely local asking me to teach her, the short answer is not yet, but once I am stronger (currently post spinal op) I will revisit offering sourdough classes.
