We've moved to Mexico.....

Just kidding!

All thanks to COVID-19 and the lockdown we've had a decent break and caught up on all things Netflix. But now it's back to the daily grind but in a whole new way. Like many businesses we were thrown a massive curve ball which made us re-evaluate our business and change the way we operate for the future. As bittersweet it is to close the doors to Cheddr in Bella Vista for good we leave with fond memories and amazing friends. But as one door closes another one opens hence why we've embarked on a new hospitality journey.....BAR CARTEL!

Bar Cartel is our new premium mobile cocktail bar and bartending service in Sydney. We are bringing our skills behind the bar to your next event or function with custom cocktails, craft beers and wines plus everything in between. Our crew looks forward to partying with you soon and grateful for the support we've received over the years. It's been unreal and truly humbling🙏

It's finally arrived.... our favourite time of year again. We wish you a safe and happy holiday from our family to yours. Thank you to our wonderful customers, suppliers and staff that have supported us throughout 2019!!!

We've had our last service for the year and it's been a great response to our Cafe that's launched just over 6 months ago. We look forward to expanding our delicious breakfast, lunch and catering options in 2020, along with our speciality coffee and beverages. The CAFE🍳☕ will be closed from today and will re-open Monday, 6th January 2020.

Our late night crew have had a massive year with a big effort in the last two months. Largely due to the various Xmas parties and functions. Enjoy your break team! The BAR's🥂 final trading day of the year will be Saturday, 21st December and will re-open Tuesday, 7th January.

We look forward to another great year in 2020 and wish you a Merry Xmas🎅 & Happy New Year🎉🎉!!!

Ps: Drive safe, don't drink and drive and thank you to our legendary fire fighters.... you guys are the real MVPs.
