"esCarpade is a week-long adventure with more than 60 cars and is Australia's bucket list off-road adventure to support kids facing cancer. Fill it with laughter, bind it with camaraderie and serve it up along some of Australia's most scenic back roads. esCarpade 2024 will see Camp Quality's much-loved puppets join us on the road as we visit schools in rural towns to deliver the Cancer Education Program. esCarpade has a fundraising goal of $1.2 million to raise in 2024, which all goes towards bringing positivity and laughter back into the lives of children and families facing cancer. Will you help us reach our goal!?"

This space is in a prime location on the verandah of the Philip Charley Pavilion and allows the Charity to promote, educate and fund raise.
The site must be manned for the whole 3 days of our Show (19th-21st April), from 9am-9pm on Friday and Saturday, and from 9am-4pm on Sunday.
Please email your EOI to the office by Friday 17th November @ 4pm for consideration. In this EOI we would love to know about your charity, what areas of our community you assist, what your plans with the Charity Corner space might include and any other relevant information you would like our selectors to know. 😃

HDAA Annual General Meeting 📅
The AGM of the Association will be held in the Apex Pavilion, Hawkesbury Showground, 40 Racecourse Rd, Clarendon on TUESDAY 12th September 2023 commencing at 7.00pm.
We welcome all financial members of the HDAA to attend. All financial members aged 18 years and over are eligible to vote at this Meeting and to nominate for any position on the Committee.
We also invite you to join us for light refreshments which will be served following the Annual General Meeting proceedings.

Judging is underway down at the Dog Arenas with the “Best Puppy in Show” about to be crowned 🐩 👑
✨ Mother’s Day ✨ Head on down to the new Hawkesbury Pavilion (located near the cattle lawns- you can’t miss it!) To spoil Mum to all things Alpaca, Sheep and donkey! Thanks to the Australian Alpaca association you can even have a go at leading an alpaca!
Head on down to the main stage for the inaugural Ultimate Crown Showdown where 20 talent groups will put there best foot forward 💃🏼🕺 in hopes to impress our professional judges and take home not only this humongous trophy, but a $1000 cash prize! Good luck to our performers, bust a move!
As the sun sets, the lights come on and the party starts down in showman’s alley! Friday night is set to be a big one, finishing with a fireworks display at 9pm in the main arena! Not too late to grab your tickets and come join the fun! 🎡
