🙏 Product description/instructions 🙏
It can be super exciting to purchase a product but please read the description before you do.
And the application instructions, sent with every order…….please read those too.
I received an upsetting message from a customer a couple of days ago saying 😠 she was annoyed 📷 my product isn’t what the photos showed 😔 the decal had a horrible clear backing ❓why had I sent her something like this?!
Unfortunately the customer hasn’t used the product properly.
The ‘horrible clear backing’ was the transfer tape which hadn’t been removed!
The clear tape’s only purpose is to hold the vinyl pieces in place (so you don’t have to manually align each letter) and to help stick the decal in the correct place.
So, please ensure you make sure you know what it is you’re buying, read the instructions, watch the videos…….and REMOVE the tape!

🎨 New vinyl colours are on their way! 🎨
We currently offer 29 different colours on our colour chart and this is soon to be expanding.
Customers have asked for different finishes: holographic, glitter and shimmer. Customers have asked for slightly different shades of a colour.
So why not offer them all on a permanent basis?!
Creation of the new colour chart is still in progress but if you need something specific just shout.......it could already be sitting in my collection waiting to be used.

Inspired by the grace, beauty and colours of a peacock, I’ve introduced this satin ribbon to my collection.
In this image I’ve complimented the peacock ribbon with a plain grosgrain ribbon, the same colour as the box. Not only does it add an extra string to your bow but adds depth and a little more structure.

👑 My crown is in my heart, not on my head 👑
Just because there isn’t a crown decal in my shop it doesn’t mean I can’t create one for you.

🌸 …..and breathe 🌸
Orders were all dispatched early today so I spent some valuable time in the garden.
I had planned to cut the grass but I broke the lawnmower. I’ve obviously built up too much tension because I snapped the cord!
Aside from the ridiculously fast growing lawn and the fruitless tomato plants (thanks to the possum), the garden’s beginning to look pretty good 🪴
Staking, trailing and simply pottering around this morning gave me the fresh air and sunshine I needed. I had underestimated the benefit of thirty minutes outside. The stresses of daily life, whether or not we feel them, can be eased by ‘just being’ and it’s heartening to see the rewards of a garden in bloom.
I’d better fix the lawnmower before Toowoomba has its own jungle!
Any tips to save my tomatoes from the pesky possum much appreciated 👇🏻

🎁 Teacher’s gift 🎁
I make gift boxes for customers and can advise on the perfect gift but when it comes to organising one for my son’s teacher my mind goes blank!
He advised ‘pink, sparkly and mermaids’ so I went with it!
The simplest of contents and it worked so well. I designed and made the mug 🥰
I used an A4 silver box with a rose chrome design and it just so happened to compliment the gifts.
It seems an age since we broke up almost two weeks ago but we’re making the most of some down time, sunshine and friends. What more do you need?!

🥂 There's always something to celebrate 🥂
We're one week into the school holidays and it's not passing too quickly which is lovely.
Chris has flown back to England to give our house a little TLC (a coat of paint on the outside, paint the garden walls, meet with the thatcher and tidy the garden).
The boys and I have been making the most of the weather: enjoying barbeques, playing in the sandpit and trampoline, practicing our cricket in the nets and of course some obligatory Lego building. And we still have over a week to go. Bliss!

It's such a wonderful feeling at the end of the day when everything's tidy and there's no evidence of the chaos that unfolded earlier in the day.
Labelling cupboards, drawers and trays not only encourages the little ones to tidy away but it works wonders with letter recognition and spelling in the early years.
I love how organised this play room is. A woman after my own heart!
