Chilli Jam food truck is a catering business that caters for any special occasion such as; weddings, parties, ect. We also have a food stall at the Friday Night Markets on the Strand and Willows Sunday Markets in the carpark. We attend spectacular events like the Townsville Show and Palm Creek Folk Festival.

Hi everyone :) Our Asian/Western buffet will be on TONIGHT 5:30pm until 9:30pm. We will be having: Beef Massaman curry, Green Chicken Curry, Honey chicken Wings, Satay Noodles, Mixed favourite Entrêes, roast pork and veggies, lasagne + chips, spaghetti meatballs and DESSERTS! If you're feeling extra hungry tonight help yourself to our buffet!

Chilli Jam At Seagulls Resort offers Thai and Western Cuisine. We are a local family business and have been serving mouth watering food for over 12 years. We are the among one of the first thai food market stall in Townsville. We have a food stall at the Friday Night Markets on the Strand and Willows Sunday Markets in the carpark.

We also provide catering for any special occasion such as weddings and parties with our food-van!
