Done a small cook today, some chicken lolly pops, lamb ribets and lamb rack. 2 hours on stringy bark

Trying to make backon for the first time will definitely do it again 7 days marinating. 4 hours in the Webber with yellow box. Will do it again with a thicker pork belly. Cooks up nice and crispy.
