Why do we do all of this preparation?
1. Because when we receive flowers from the flower market we are unsure when they were last snipped.
2. We lay them out in this way so that we know what we have instock and limits potential flower wastage.
3. We stack them up this way so me and my florist can see the whole picture and create with so much more ease!
4. Similar to the last, why do we strip and trim the flowers before we even need them in arrangements? Because it makes it an easier abc quicker process for our florist and helps the flowers last longer!
