Today marks 2 years of being the owner of Hello Petal and 1 year of our new shop in Keiraville. Holy moly what a ride. Thanks to all of you guys for supporting our lovely little flower shops and keeping us going all these years. Sitting here full of pride and champagne, celebrating this milestone. It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it. Thanks to the best petal gal team- you girls are all kinds of wonderful. My delivery drivers, my Dad for always being on speed dial, my flowers suppliers and couriers and of course my right hand man, my husband who helps with all things accounting, invoicing, back of house logistics and decision making. Small business takes a village to stay successful and alive. So thankful to all. Today we celebrate Hello Petal- the best florist in the Illawarra. 🌺🌺

Another lap around the sun, surrounded by the blooms and the people, how wonderful. This Petal journey is definitely making me wiser and I’m grateful for all of it and all of you. And for my husband, who bought delicious banoffee pie with candles to the shop this arvo. He doesn’t buy me flowers, he buys me cake and I’m not mad about it.

It’s Daffodil Day- We are selling bunches of daffodils for $15, they’re available at both Fairy Meadow and Keiraville today until sold out. All profits will go the the Cancer Council. Let’s support those who are affected by this terrible disease, every little helps.

Flowers are such a lovely way to say I’m thinking of you, I’m sorry for your loss, I’m here for you. Sympathy flowers are traditionally white but there’s no rules anymore. But we do find it’s an easy choice when perhaps the choice is hard amongst the grief. And if you don’t know just let us choose, we know what’s suitable. We’re here to help you in store and over the phone.

Telstra accidentally disconnected the NBN.😩 Our website is still working and our Keiraville shop is open with a working phone. We can still receive emails and messages on social media. Hello Petal Flowers is a little flower shop located just off the corner of the Princes Highway and Daisy St in Fairy Meadow, just north of the Wollongong CBD.

We have an ‘Online Little Flower Shop’ at www.hellopetalflowers.com to organise deliveries or you can give us a bell at the shop on (02)42845831 and we can organise a pick up order for you, or tailor your section to what you need.

Our always fresh seasonal selection of florals, that are not just the run of the mill, are a special way to show a little love. We change up our flowers every market day, so our florals are always different and made especially for your order. This is why we don't have a 'Menu' to select from, or any set recipes, we work our magic with the best of the best that we have from the season, so something unique and beautiful will leave our little shop for you.

We have an ever-changing range of homewares, pots and indoor plants for gift giving, or for you to keep. We have a collection of small-maker made soaps, candles and chocolates and other treasures all amongst the blooms.
