An intimate ceremony was held at for Anita and Brett at the beginning of November .

A divine combination of wildflowers and softer varieties were designed for Anita’s bouquet.

Lush , romantic and textured with minimal aromatics was the brief.
Anita found a bouquet on my social media pages for her inspiration that she loved , shared her vision, the rest was up to me to create her unique bouquet just to suit her .

The bouquet was filled Proteas , grevilleas , seaholly , trailing amaranthus, blushing brides , spray roses in various tones , dahlias, pierus and straw flowers . Textured foliages and fillers were also incorporated, crenulata and polygum , micromertis, and white misty .

A buttonhole was created for her Groom in matching florals .

My Congratulations to you both on your wonderful Wedding Day . May your years ahead be filled with happiness .

A welcome sign full of floral happiness to greet their guests at their reception .

This is truly a beautiful and clever idea .

The flowers hydrated inside the trough at the front of the sign … it gives a sense that the flowers are growing out of a garden trough …💗🧡
I didn’t quite capture this image complete, later adding pops of yellow billy buttons to the design , I’m sure the professional images will captured the completed look .

30 x milk bottles were created with a selection of coloured varieties as per Monique’s bouquet.
These were placed on the lengths of the guest tables .
This is a simple and very effective way in bringing your guest tables to life in a cost effective way .

The trend this year for weddings seems to be trending into bright and full of colour …. I’m loving the difference in each couples vision for their day .

Monique and Simon were married on the 1st day of November on a picture perfect beautiful spring day .

Married at St Augustine’s Catholic Church and then afterwards a celebration with family and friends on their private property on the outskirts of Yass .

Monique’s vision was to carry a bouquet filled with colour and her bridesmaids to carry white .

Monique’s Bouquet was filled with so much goodness .
Her gown was Ivory which was the perfect back drop for colour .

Peach , apricots , soft pink , orange and touches of pale blue in dahlias , ranunculas , lisianthus, spray roses , delphinium, sea-holly, grevillea , snapdragons , and billy buttons . Minimal foliages and fillers were added , with a soft olive foliage for texture .

Monique’s ladies consisted of 3 x bridesmaids who wore palest blue gowns , and an addition a brides-man whom wore a white rose buttonhole on his suit.

The ladies carried simply and elegant white Playa - Blanca roses with a touch of olive foliages .

Simon’s bridal party consisted of 4 x grooms men.

They all wore buttonholes to match their partners with white roses and olive foliages and the groom matched his bride with a colourful buttonhole .

Buttonholes were also supplied to the extended family. Men and Ladies buttonholes in all white florals and olive foliages.

This beautiful Vase styling pictured was gifted recently to the lovely team and carers at Horton House from a residents family.

A wonderful selection of all the goodness that spring brings featuring Waratah, blushing brides and X- Factor roses .

A beautiful way to say Thankyou for their love and constant care of a loved one ♥️

🩷From Sadness to Happiness 🩷

As a floral designer , I often switch from creating for life’s saddest of occasion’s to our most memorable and happiest .

This week brings a full week of life’s moments ..

Two beautiful lives are being farewelled as well as Two beautiful couples will be married starting their happiness and journey through life .

Creating for life’s greatest moments is a privilege, and I hope my flowers become a beautiful visual memory through out the years ahead.

Pictured was a custom bouquets delivered this last week of the softest of spring flowers for a family needing love and comfort .
Filled with locally grown roses ,ranunculas , stock , queen Ann’s lace and beautiful fillers to name a few .

Juggling 🤹🤹, and lots happening this week so I will do my best to cover all bases with customs if possible …🥰

The Yass Valley is incredibly lucky to have the most wonderful local roses and other floral varieties grown on the outskirts of Yass 🤎

This divine custom was gifted to a local resident, moving into their new home .🏡

Lovingly grown , these apricot / creamy toned , plumpest of rose heads, are just one of the varieties grown …
I think they just might be my next best favourite !!!😍

Roses surrounded with lush foliages of polygum , little gem magnolia, Thryp , Pieris, and wrapped in my signature style .

James and his 2 x Groomsmen wore floral pocket squares to be placed into their jacket pockets .
Custom made to exact measurement, these flower pocket squares were filled with the same variety of flowers to match their partners .

A small addition to the grooms pocket square , of king protea petals, completed the look matching Yina’s Bouquet .

A double wedding weekend on the long weekend in October, and my second couple I created for , on the same day .

Yina & James married and celebrated at the on the 5th October .

Yina and James both were accompanied by their 2 x bridesmaids and 2 x groomsmen.

I love that every bride I create for has a completely different vision to the next …Yina’s vision was soft, subtle and romantic , and she was wonderful in giving me the creative magic in producing the vision she had in mind .

Magnificent King Proteas were the focus in Yina’s Bouquet . A cascade design of flowing roses , ranunculas , blushing brides , spray roses and flannel flowers .

Yina’s 2 x brides maids carried simple lush hand posies of roses , blushing brides , ranunculas , spray roses and flannel flowers .

Beautiful flowering foliages and fillers , erisostemon , Thryp , pierus and Eucalyptus foliages were incorporated to provide texture and interest .

Flower pocket squares are becoming the next best new styling look for men’s jackets .

Ben and his 3 x Groomsmen wore flower pocket squares for each jacket .
These are placed simply into the left jacket pocket and are a lot simpler than pinning on buttonhole flowers .
Mens fingers always have trouble pinning the buttonhole flowers on jackets , so this design makes it less stressful on the day for the Men .
Made to exact measurements of the men’s jacket pocket , these are custom made to perfection.

Matching flowers matched the groom to the brides flowers and the grooms men to the bridesmaids flowers .

The brides father and grooms father also wore flower pocket squares in all white florals , with the brides mother and grooms mother wearing ladies buttonholes each in matching florals

Kym & Ben married on a beautiful spring day at the beautiful grounds of on the long weekend in October surrounded by their nearest and dearest family and friends .

To the many that know Kym , they will know she has the most beautiful bubbly , warm and happy personality and I not surprised that Kym’s vision would be colourful .🥰
Kym’s vision was drawn to a bright colourful theme for herself for her day and more subtle bouquets for the bridesmaids.
The bright tones included in Kym’s bouquet represented Kym so perfectly.. and of course incorporated her favourite colour PINK !!!!🩷

Filled with all the spring goodness, ranunculas , sim carnations , billy buttons , lisianthus , spray roses and stunning X - Factor to name a few .

A little something old for good luck was attached to Kym’s bouquet, a very special meaning to her to represent a loved one , that meant so much.

Her 3 x Bridesmaids wore the loveliest floral pattern on their gowns. Navy blue with touches of pink , peach and white florals .
The bridesmaids held simple fluffy clouds of babies breath with navy satin tails . Simple en masse varieties are always perfect for dresses that have detail so that this combination doesn’t look too busy .

A sweet flower girl was also part of her bridal party . The flower-girl held a pretty flower fairy wand , crafted in full with flowers, ribbons , rose gold love hearts and tinker-bell to complete the design .
Small children love this design and I always change the colours or design of these flower wands to suit the style of the wedding

♥️The Final Goodbye with Love ❤️

A beautiful wreath created with love for a dear client’s grandparents finally together in their resting place .

Filled with red and burgundy seasonal florals , ranunculas , David Austin roses , field chrysanthemums, cymbidium orchids , queen Ann’s lace , after dark agonis , dahlias , sim carnations and cluster roses , were created with care to achieve the perfect shape of a love heart to be placed onto their place of rest .
Heart shaped wreaths are always created differently to a round shaped design .
Creating the dimensions to ensure the shape stays true to a heart shape , is something I take particular attention to. Just by using the wrong shaped floral and size of a head can change the shape and dimension. Textures and layers is what creates the perfect shape .

Thankyou to this beautiful client for allowing me to share these images , and asking me to create this special piece for this special occasion .

My thoughts are with this family at this time …♥️

💜Social Media Catch up !!!💜

I’ve been very slow in my posting as of late …
I love sharing my creations but sometimes Social media can take the back seat when I’m juggling all balls .

So apologies for my very slow posts .. they certainly have been few and far between .

This week brings a busy week of flowers !!!!💐

2 x couples are being married this Saturday 👰 🤵👰🤵and a beautiful life being farewelled this week also .

We are also throwing school holidays into the mix , so my sweet little apprentice 👧 will be tagging along by my side .

Wonderful Friends really do make our days beautiful.🥰

This stunning combination was gifted to a wonderful friend of mine , that continues to share incredible kindness to me in so many thoughtful ways .🫶

This beautiful custom was filled with all the favourites .. Quality shimmer roses , cymbidium orchids ,pieris , stock , ranunculas , grevillea , and flannel-flowers gathered with lush foliages and p***y willow .

The smallest of kindness , really does make a massive impact on our heart .♥️…

Thanks to all for the love of my creations over the week….

A Influx of customs heading out tomorrow for many wonderful occasions in the Yass valley … I wonder who will be the lucky recipients…?!?!?🙊

A beautiful setting on Jamie & Jacks property in Murrumbateman… The willow tree perfectly timed itself to have wonderful budding foliage, as it formed a wonderful backdrop to the arbor .

The clever Groom created this amazing arbor… solid , and sturdy .. nothing was going to blow that over !!!😂

Following the vibrant theme , the arbor was filled with the same florals as the bouquets but adding in touches of phaleanopsis orchid stems for a beautiful focus .

Being my first wedding back after having COVID , certainly made me realise my body was still in slow - mo….. a little longer to get every thing complete but I managed to not push myself … everything came together perfectly 🩷🧡

A welcome sign greeted the guests with a lush arrangement placed beneath in a Tinware vessel in the same floral selection .

Afterwards their celebrations continued in the spacious shed on the property .. It was the perfect space to celebrate , relax and enjoy the celebrations…🍾🕺💃🍻🥂 🔥

36 x bud vases and vessels of different sizes were placed along each table … filled with a variety of mixed florals in the same theme of colours ..

I kicked off the Wedding season creating a vibrant and gloriously joyful vibe for this beautiful couple Jamie & Jack last Saturday .

Married and celebrating on their own property in Murrumbateman, it was a wonderful celebration of love and no doubt everyone partied till the sun came up !!!!🍻🥂🍾 💃 🕺

Jamie & Jack each had 4 x bridesmaids and 4 x groomsmen with their sweet little boys as page boys by their side .

Jamie placed full faith in me in bringing her vision to life - even allowing me to choose the variety of florals . I know these colours were out of her comfort zone , but I knew she wouldn’t regret it .🥰
I could see it all in my head and I couldn’t wait to create her florals .. The colours as you can see were so incredibly fun … Full of Happiness !!!

Dahlias , a variety of roses , and pops of poppies were just some to name a few included in the bouquets and pink rodanthe daises danced in the air in every bouquet.

Fabric left over from the hemming of the dresses were attached to the bouquets .
Simple tails were attached around the handle completed the look. I love this look , and always looks finished .♥️

🩶Reunited Again 🩶 A number of weeks ago I was honoured to be asked to create for a beautiful local Lady that was farewelled and laid to rest . I’m grateful to the family that have allowed me to share these simply beautiful tribute florals on social media . The flowers were truly breathtaking , created with love and placed softly upon this much loved Lady place of rest . Filled with the most divine selection of florals in all white . Locally grown roses , delphinium, hydrangeas, original lillies and Mum chrysanthemums were some of the varieties. Phalaenopsis Orchids were placed floating on the sides of the coffin , with such elegance.. These completed the stunning display . Understanding the beauty and scale of this tribute can only be truly achieved when seeing this in its true form. Images and videos never show their true beauty. Flowers were also displayed in vases at the church , which I will share on my next post Thinking of this family as they walk the days ahead with out their loved one . 🍂🤎Jade & Simon 🤎🍂 25/3/2023 Jade and Simon married last Saturday on a private property in the beautiful hills of Murrumbateman NSW surrounded by their friends and family With a flick of a switch , the original plans of creating a arbor creation on to the swing ( which you can see in the back ground ) , had to be changed due the rain having its own plans in coming just as the bride and groom were to be married . As a last minute thought , I decided to take my transportable rose gold arbor frame , and after watching the weather radar it wasnt looking promising for the outdoor ceremony and using the swing as the original plan. Jade was wonderful, she made the quick decision once we had a discussion and I created the couples arbor on the transportable design so that it could be moved to any location . @bushroses were the star attraction in this beautiful combination of autumnal toned variety of flowers. The most plump green hydrangea, hanging amaranthus , Mum Chrys , Sims , delphinium and sedum were combined to create the look . Lush foliage’s of Olive , crenulata gum and long leaf gum , after dark agonis and magnolia leaves completed the look . The material was attached and supplied on behalf of the bride . A welcome sign with a floral spray of the same flowers was also created for the entrance to the ceremony I have decided to post a video this time to share instead of images , due to the quick location change and the images not showing the beautiful details .
