The international event "Economy of culture in Azerbaijan: development impulses from Shusha" has ended. Mr. Elnur Aliyev, the First Deputy Minister of Culture who closed the international event, said in his speech: "What makes countries different is the human factor. Humans are physiologically the same. What differentiates them from each other is culture. So, it is culture that brings art to reality. If we want to be successful, we need to adjust our culture. We have a culture that has been filtered through the ages. I think that regardless of our profession, field of activity and knowledge, we should recognize our own culture and take ownership of it."
