Last week we catered food for a very special Jain Client coming from India 🇮🇳

Jains strictly adhere to a vegetarian diet. They avoid all animal products, including meat, fish, poultry, and seafood. Additionally, Jains also abstain from consuming eggs. No root vegetables: Root vegetables such as potatoes, onions, garlic, carrots, radishes, and ginger are avoided by many Jains.

We were left with very limited options and it was quite a challenge to curate a menu with such requirements. Alhamdullilah we successfully delivered following items

Jeera Rice
Herb Rice
Boondi Raita
Vegetable Pulao
Idli with Sambhar and coconut chutney.
