Join our dynamic team at The Catering Clique! We're looking for passionate and dedicated individuals who have a love for food and service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a flair for culinary excellence, and enjoy interacting with diverse clientele, then you might be the perfect addition to our family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present dishes in line with The Catering Clique menu and standards while also engaging in mobile selling of thevdishes.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations, maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation in both kitchen and mobile sales settings.
• Collaborate with the team for dish and product innovation.
--Interact with customers to explain menu items and offer recommendations.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and hygiene within the kitchen.
• Manage, store, and replenish ingredients and other items, minimizing waste.
•reporting daily sales , collect payments, and perform other kitchen and sales duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the kitchen or in handling & cooking food for public consumption; experience in food service or sales is beneficial.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various foods and cooking techniques.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work on feet for extended hours, and handle lifting tasks.
• Strong team player qualities with excellent communication skills and a passion for food and people.
• Keen attention to detail, quality, and basic math skills for transactions.
• A friendly, outgoing demeanor
• Minimum educational requirement of a BGCSE certificate.
• Drivers license will be an added advantage
