Brussels Sprouts might not taste that good but they definitely have some really great benefits. Here is an easy way to cook them -
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Wash the brussel sprouts thoroughly and pluck off any outer leaves that look brown.
3. Trim off the ends and cut the sprouts in half lengthwise.
4. Put them in a bowl and add little olive oil, salt and pepper and mix it well.
5. Place them on a sheet pan with their cut side down and put it in oven.
6. Bake them for 20-30 mins until they are crisp and a lightly charred. (Do not over cook them so keep an eye on the sprouts while they are in oven).
7. Take them out and sprinkle little more salt, pepper if necessary.
I also added a little Italian seasoning as I like it that way.
8. Eat them warm.
