Geoff Adams is a native of Newfoundland whose great-great-grandfather settled in Milton. Over his 62-years he has explored many different fields. He performed as an architect in Vancouver but in 2005, he returned to Newfoundland after a 16-year hiatus to establish New Curtain Theatre, which continues to operate on a project-by-project basis. As the Artistic Director, he has both acted and directed across the country. Currently, Geoff runs Koselig Kafé & Bakery at The Corner Mall in Clarenville’s Lower Mall. This venture, inspired by his long-time connection to Norway where he worked in the 1980s, offers traditional Norwegian desserts, as well as lightblunches, grilled sandwiches, and soups. It provides a genuine European experience in the Milton area. You may also recognize him from the Newfoundland and Labrador tourism commercials featuring the Welcome Desk.

Hello everyone and I hope you’re had a grand Victoria Day weekend.
Today, I am continuing with my new fundraising venture to help the Jallow family Serrekunda. The Gambia. As you may know a few months back they lost everything in a fire which put the mother Ida and the youngest Janaiba in hospital. They are still trying to recover from this ordeal. And trying to get back on their feet again,
So I have decided to do a series of baking auctions for them to help them gain their footing. These are quickie auctions being posted on Sunday and awarded on Wednesday at 6 pm OR posted on Wednesday and drawn on Sunday at 6pm. The process is that the winner lets me know when they wish to have it so that it is made fresh to order.
Here are the next cake items. I am doing this in conjunction with my cafe - Koselig Dessert Kafe & Bakery - as part of our world community outreach.
