Nothing quite says FREEDOM like pulling your Food Truck out of storage for another kick at the can! 🙏 @humblefarmpei where do we begin. It was a quick move into your storage barns for winter. When Covid hit (when we were meant to sell her), you still allowed us to keep her there and visit it with potential buyers (good thing we didn't let her go)! Your family surpassed our expectations of how truly kind people can be! As you know, you and your whole family better come by for meals on us!! 🌮🌮🌮 The tears driving behind it today were so full of joy and excitement. 😱 We absolutely CAN NOT WAIT to serve up our guests again from this baby. From Food Truck to Food Hall + Back to Food Truck Again!

Holy Fox all began with two women, Paige + Chef Christine with a dream to cook up tasty food and make folks smile.

2005, Chef Christine began her culinary career in highschool, working and training with Chefs across the country before attending the Culinary Institute of Canada in 2011. Never truly satisfied with the structure of the kitchens, but learning what to take and what to leave behind from any and all experiences, she knew she was ready to make the move operate her own food business. Passion for comfort food with an elevated twist, a dream was established.

Always, Paige knew that she would have a business some day and when meeting Christine, the dream became concise and conjoined between the two. You’re almost guaranteed to be greeted by her warmth and love for all things food at any visit. A drive to make anyone and everyone included + a love for good food , Paige’s role within Holy Fox is imperative like no other.

Fall 2017, Jenny the 1980 Winnebago Brave became the vessel that would jumpstart the Holy Fox journey.

Spring 2018, began the deconstruction of the inside of the RV and soon after, the renovation process. It took a total of four months to completely re-finish the inside into a commercial + electric (no propane) kitchen.

Summer 2018, with lots of work and loved poured into Holy Fox, the 4x4 service window opened to Charlottetown and Cloggeroo Folk Fest in Georgetown. In that time, Holy Fox Food Truck was featured on french food truck show Sel et Diesel, now airing in 198 countries. Showcasing Island fare and Chef Christine’s YOLO (You Only Live Once) Stick - A coffee candied bacon strip on a stick, dipped in milk chocolate and sprinkled in roasted peanuts! Winter/Spring 2019, was spent in Montague at the Copper Bottom Brewery where we tried our hand at pub fare with a flare, serving up beer braised ribs, various flatbreads and Bavarian pretzels to name a few fan favourites.

Ready for a new adventure, Jenny’s keys were hung and focus switched to the new Founders’ Food Hall & Market.

Summer 2019, the doors are open to Charlottetown’s newest food addition on the historic waterfront property of Founders’ Hall.

Since Covid hit, we had hit some serious road-bumps with management of Founders'. Long story short, we are no longer operating within those walls and have moved onto greener pastures! Quite literally; Next to the Island's newest brewery, Village Green!

Back to the food truck, we're still serving up favourites like The Brave, The Sweet P and always YOLO Sticks, Holy Fox operates all year round, adding a new sandwich every month to keep up with PEI's growing seasons.

As always, you can count on Holy Fox to make everything entirely from scratch, using fresh product curated from Island organic farms wherever possible, while maintaining a low food waste and always high impact flavours.

Our carnivore options mirror the vegetarian or vegan meals so that you can have a similar experience no matter what your dietary restriction may be.

Comfort food with an elevated twist is where we're at. A little spicy, a lot of cheesiness and a ton of love.
