Chef Lori makes delicious cakes for some of our events. This retirement party had a delicious carrot cake and the anniversary cake was chocolate, both had rave reviews. Wish I'd had a second piece of the carrot cake it was amazing!

We had a wonderful time catering for Courtney and Sean’s wedding at the Beaumont Community Hall. These 2 young ladies are second generation Eagles Nest Catering employees. Their mom Shilo worked for me a very long time ago obviously! Chef Lori and Sajit created a magnificent buffet with salmon and dill sauce salads carved beef and desserts galore.
Courtney was also a former staff member so it was a real privilege to cater her wedding. 💕

We had a great time at Yesterday's Auto Gallery on Mother's Day. The menu included everyone's favorite breakfast items, there was live music, and flowers for Mom.
