I start with the bride - and everyone else is just living in her world 😘

Making her a stunning bouquet of her dreams is my goal every single time, then creating everything else to match. The biggest concern I hear is "what if it doesn't match my bouquet?" Not to worry! I will ensure everything marches, every time - unless you request otherwise.

Another stunner! This bouquet features a couple of 'Coldplay' garden roses that one of my wholesales had recommended since peonies were just done for the season. My bride wanted peonies but when you are dealing with fresh florals and seasonal stems, things can get complicated! I think these were a great substitute and absolutely loved by the couple. Thank you to my amazing wholesales for always having recommendations to support my brides and I! 🥰

Last weekend the setup at was quick and easy with a great team (aka helpful brother!) who was fast to strip roses, open bundles of babies breath and carry things for me.

I love this venue because of that log cabin look and am excited to go back later this month for another wedding set up! Thank you for having me out to help celebrate your big day!

Wow! What STUNNING photos taken by .gracecreatives of this stunning wedding party! I always fall in love with the flowers all over again when I see how beautifully they have been captured by the photographer. I am so honored to be asked to create for this big day - it was a SCORCHER at over 35°C, I have to say I was more than a bit stressed out about all white flowers in temperatures this high. But, with proper care and handling they made it through the day just fine! Thank you again for trusting us with your big day 🥰

More from last weekend - man was it HOT! I was so worried about these hydrangea bouquets with the heat. Katy and I took the time to individually water pack each bouquet, as the heat had us worried for the life of the hydrangeas. They were all treated multiple times with floral preservative spray, as well as your classic flower food in the water they sat in!

Shout out to Kassia J Photography for making my flowers look beautiful in her photos! I love, love, love photographers - my photos never do the bouquets justice (my arch photos with the sunlight in the back 😭).

When a bride provides photos for me to share, I always ensure I get the information for the photographer to tag them ❤️

Congratulations again to the lovely couple, and a thank you to the bridesmaids who were so so sweet on the wedding day with helping me bring everything in to the house - exactly what bridesmaids are for!

Sorry to make you wait all week for the final wedding from last weekend - but the first bride who booked, actually! This bride was so happy when she arrived to pick everything up she almost had me in tears!

Communicating her vision, sending ALL of the inspo photos, providing a budget and being open to ideas I had made everything come together beautifully! I am honestly so in love with the corsages and boutonnieres from this wedding - I love the mix of greenery with babies breath and spray roses. Thank you for trusting me to create for you big day 🥰

The 2-for-1 bouquet post I promised, including interior and natural lighting for both bouquets - wowie! I really wanted to use both photos for both of these bouquets so you remember to TRUST your florist when they recommend a color, rather than when you look up a variety or rose online.

Both of these brides were very easygoing though, so no issues here! "I want purple" was one request. "I want roses" was the other request. Both had seen photos of bouquets I had done for previous brides, and we worked off of those for inspiration as these brides were not ones that wanted to go "all out" for their flowers. That is okay!! I am here to make YOUR vision come true! You DO NOT have to have the most expensive, dreamiest, Instagram-worthy bouquet. It doesn't have to be elaborate. If you want it simple, I'm happy to help. That being said, I'm ALWAYS game for some pinterest inspo 😘

This STUNNING pink peony bouquet from last weekend was the top of YOUR votes for the bouquet you wanted to see first. So here she is, along with the matching boutonniere. Katy and April took care of most of the silk arrangements, while I took on the fresh. AJ helped process the shipments, and my dad helped clean roses! Amazing team work to pull this one off 🥰

I am BLOWN AWAY by the amount of people saying I was RECOMMENDED to them. I am so grateful to be doing what I love every single day and cannot thank you all enough. "Hey, I tried to show a friend the bouquet, but you haven't posted it yet."

Okay, okay, I heard you, everyone! I apologize for not posting this bouquet sooner. Here it is! In both natural light outside, as well as in front of the curtains in my wedding consultation room. I am genuinely SHOCKED at the color difference in natural vs artificial light. Either way, I think this bouquet turned out beautifully and I know the bride was over the moon!

Thank you to my friend for trusting me with your lovely bride, she was amazing to work with and knew exactly what she wanted. The 'thank yous' I received after definitely brought tears to my eyes 🥲

Is it just me or is this bridal bouquet giving SERIOUS cottagecore vibes? I am in love with the color palette chosen, and fell more in love as the bouquet became closer to finished! The small pieces of preserved pampas are the perfect touch to finish the bouquet off, with the extra tulle giving it a special touch!

Once again, stone wall or pink curtain?!?

Beauty from EVERY angle! This stunner was made for a backyard wedding - I love the special touch of the lengthy ribbon the bride requested on this bouquet. The interesting thing about this wedding is I never met the bride, she had someone else ordering on her behalf (we love a supportive family member who is truly doing what the bride would want!!). I don't run into orders like these often, but when I do I am always pleased to take their direction and ensure all the questions are asked, even if it takes a day or two to hear back from the bride. 😊

Last wedding post I asked which background was the winner. I had many people for the outdoor photo with natural light, and many for the pink curtain - so again I am asking, which one? I have taken the wooden table away as an option (it just didn't suit this bouquet, in my opinion!)

I normally don't post a lot of my funeral work, but in the past few weeks my skills have been tested with the asks I have gotten from clients wanted to really create something special to remember their loved ones.

I wanted to share the beauty of these pieces with all of you, and to show how far I have come in my DECADE (Yes, a DECADE) of floral design. With every order I take, I am learning and growing as a designer. The first photo shows the first time I was asked to add a crystal cross to a standing spray - something I may not have taken on in the past. It worked out very well, and I am now prepared for this request in the future with confidence.

Thank you to all of my clients for your ongoing trust with your special events, especially the ones where I am being asked to convey the love you have for someone who has passed. I am honored to be asked to create for you. 😊 🌸

As I look forward at the rest of my summer coming up, I thought I would share some more wedding photos from this year so far. This weekend I have TWO weddings! 😍

This beautiful wedding took place at the . The best part about this wedding is the groom had been buying flowers with me since my old store in Bonnie Doon! The couple knew I moved and came in for a consultation with me, which I was so delighted to hear. 😊 It is always so much fun to head out to a venue, meet the bridal party, the rest of the family and other vendors.

Thank you, thank you, thank you ! I have a soft spot for cows, as well as black and white photos. This shoot was challenging with all the looks we got from confused cows, but we had some sweet babies who only knocked them off every 3-5 photos who wanted to work with us.

These are my favorite photos from the shoot we did, I had so much fun wandering through the muck, petting cows and letting curious ones sniff before running away! An absolutely amazing way to spend a Monday afternoon. 🥰🐮

There is nothing more important to me than properly executing the vision of the bride. Many women dream for years of this day, creating vision boards, pinterest boards, dress shopping for hours on end, seeking out all their vendors, and so much more. To be asked to even be a part of the team that gets to create her vision is such an honor every. Single. Time.

35 mason jars for Easter! How cute are these?

Packed to the brim with chamomile, waxflower and chrysanthemums these are definitely on point for spring and even have a purple ribbon to go with the corporate colors of the company we created these beauties for! How lucky each employee is to receive a flower arrangement just in time for the long weekend 🐇🐣

How stunning are these phalaenopsis orchids?!? This was my first time working with these delicate blooms, I'm so happy with how this arrangement turned out. I look forward to working with these more in the future as they are gaining popularity!

Easter arrangement pre-orders are now LIVE on my website. They just hopped in 🐇 yesterday! Cute baskets, loose bouquets and vase arrangements are all available.

I even have a scheduled for this month if you want to do a little bit of DIY this Easter! If you think you will be in need of TULIPS, I highly recommend pre-ordering. We have been running out of tulips every week since Valentine's Day 🌷 which is something I have not seen in my 9 years doing floral design!

This is a great place for the newly engaged, or even for those needing to hire a few more vendors for their upcoming wedding. I will have some sample work on display, as well as information available!
