PRIZE ANNOUNCEMENT🎃 The winner of our prize draw will win the grand prize of Airpod 4’s! All donations are being collected at the SRC office in the mornings (before 9:10) and at lunch until October 25th. Every 1 donation counts as 1 entry into the prize draw. Not sure what to bring? Hey, FHS! This year's very first spirit week is going to be October 7th to 11th!🖤💛

This week will feature Monochrome Monday, Twin day, PJ day, Flannel day, and spirit day to cheer on our football team in the North-South bowl on Friday. Can't wait to see you all sporting your school spirit, and don't forget to take lots of photos! 🏈💛

Hey, FHS! October is Student Hunger Month and we're partnering with to launch our very first Trick or Eat fundraiser!

Healthy, non-perishable food donations can be dropped off at the SRC office in the mornings and at lunch from October 2nd to 25th. Each food donation will count as one entry into our prize draw. The prize reveal will come soon! 👻🎃

Hey Black Kats!! Are you interested in being a part of Relay for Life? Relay for Life is a global movement that brings people of all ages together to fight against cancer

Applications are available Oct. 1st at the SRC Office and Mr. Jackson's Classroom in C103. Applications are due Wednesday Oct. 9th at 9:10 AM. Interview list will be posted Friday, Oct. 11th, and interviews begin Tuesday, Oct. 15th 🐾

Preceding our main event, Welcome to the Jungle: Chill Dance Edition will be a dance with reduced lighting sound and crowds to accommodate students who would need less overstimulating situations. Are you ready to kick off the school year with our annual Welcome to the Jungle dance!? 🐾 There will be a bouncy castle, fireworks, Henna, and so much more! 💛 Come swing by and join us Thursday, Sept. 19th, 7:00PM-9:30PM, at the Football Field. Chill Dance is 6:00 PM-7:00 PM. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door 🖤

Meet Briana, your Sports Representative! Briana is going into her third year on council and is exited to be taking over this new role SRC has presented. She is a great fit for this role as she has been involved in plenty of sports throughout her past two years at FHS. Her main sport at the school is volleyball where she was named captain and made it to the provincial final with her team. She is exited to use this position as a way to show the life of student’s athletes, promote the sports that do not get as much recognition at the school, and bring even more spirit and fun into athletics here at FHS.
