Each season we have specific dates and days that may be leveraged to give discounts related to cakes and other products. In the summer, for example, we pair a refreshing coffee with muffins and promote it. We specifically choose one month like July in this month we give free cakes and 50% discounts on other desserts to the customer who has a birthday in July. We also offer hot chocolate to customers with pastries. These cuisines are more associated with the winter. Bakery means creativity, so there are no creative boundaries.

We convince our customers by giving them to try bakery products which they want to buy. Baking a delicacy, slice it up, and put it on entering the bakery shop for sale so that when customers walk in, they may sample it while deciding what to take home. It's one of those inexpensive gestures that the consumer will undoubtedly appreciate.
