At the Catering event yesterday in Vaudreuil my client wanted a Caribbean themed menu and that's what she got ๐๐ฝ๏ธ๐ง๐ปโ๐ณ
The menu consisted of BBQ spare ribs, Brown stew chicken, Rice n Peas, Fried sweet plantain, Macaroni pie, Pineapple & mango salsa and Creamy Cajun shrimp n smoked sausage pasta.

Recent visit to @oliveugrill in Delray Beach, Florida (extremely friendly staff ๐๐ผ) inspired this dish...simple penne with butter, olive oil, red onions, green olives, garlic, fresh parsley, herbs & grated fresh Parmesan cheese.
