Flint Improv Co. Was founded in Sackville, New Brunswick by a group of Students and Alumni of Mount Allison University.

Their fast and odd brand of comedy filled the campus pub every Wednesday. Students and Locals came to see improvised Musicals, Sit-Coms, Soap Operas, and scripted sketch comedy often featuring visiting comedy talent from across Canada. The majority of FLiNT's original performance cast now resides in Toronto. Where they continue to teach and perform improv.
