Here is a few details for questions that I get often:

1) Our home and pool are in a quiet residential neighborhood at the Finch and Bathurst area in North York.

2) The rate is:

Pool and event space rent $90 per hour (first 3 guests)
Additional guests $10 per hour

Waterfall (includes hot water $20 per hour
Weber Premium gas BBQ $15 per hour

Movie and professional photo shoots $250 per hour (minimum fee).


Note: Additional services listed on website.


3) The rent is for day use ONLY. You can reserve time as early as 7:00 am and until 10:00 pm. There are no overnight accommodations.

4) Guests have private washroom. The house isn’t included in the rent.

5) We accommodate parties of up to 25 guests. There are 3 separate seating areas with total of more than 25 seats.

6) You can cancel for a full refund, up to 24 hours to the reservation. In case of inclement weather on the day of the event, you can reschedule to another available day, at no cost.

*** Cancellation Policy ***

* Up to 7 days prior to event date-
Full refund.

* Between 7 days and until 48 hours
prior to reservation time- 25%
cancellation fee.

* Within 48 hours, prior to reservation
time, no refund.

*** Inclement weather ***

In the event of inclement weather, determined within 24 hours prior to the reservation, either we or our guest can request a rescheduling of the event. A guest may reschedule at no charge or cancel the event with a 10% cancellation fee.
