1.Collective Space is $18 per hour for rehearsals.
2. 25% of your
booking must be paid up front. If you cancel with less than a week's notice we will keep the 25%. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice we ask for 50% of the booking fee to be paid. We think that is fair. Rentals for Classes, Events and Performances
1. The hourly rental rate for classes, events and performances is $30 per hour plus a $100 (refundable) cleaning deposit.
2. If you are teaching aerial or performing where an audience is involved we require you to have insurance. This is good professional practice and it is responsible. If your event has catering and alcohol you need to obtain all the required licenses. No negotiations on that and any event with alcohol will be considered on a case by case basis.
3. 25% of your booking must be paid up front. Again we think that is fair.
