পরিচয় করিয়ে দেই আরো দুটি চীনা শবজির সাথে। প্রথমটি হলো "Chayote" আর দ্বিতীয়টি হলো "Yu Choy"।
Chayote পাতলা কুচি করে আলু ভাজির মতো রান্না করলে খেতে হবে অনেকটা ঝিঙ্গা ভাজির মতো।
Yu Choy রেধেছি বুদের ডাল হালকা বাগার দিয়ে - পুরোনো কোনো স্বাদের সাথে না মিলিয়ে ব্রেইনে নতুন স্মৃতির নিউরো সংযোগ পথ তৈরি করুন। কথা দিচ্ছি বার বার ফিরে যাবেন সেই পথে......
