s and personal experiences, but the love of all things food around the world. Our aim is to help take your BBQ skills to another level be it home cooking, catering, gourmet or competition cooking. International BBQ Show is full day of entertainment for all ages - including budding junior master chefs to professional kitchen staff. There will be up close instruction, lots of eating and even more unstoppable fun & entertainment (Andy, Al, Enn and Chris are not called The Circus without reason!). Demonstrations, Discussions, Question & Answer Sessions, Children BBQ Classes, Master Classes and much much more... including a massive BBQ dinner experience. Show usually runs for ca 5-8 hours and all participants will receive certificates, fact sheets and recipe booklets from the days events. The International BBQ Show / Team are obsessive BBQ professionals sharing not only years of combined success and personal experiences but the love of all things food from around the world. The International BBQ Show aims to increase the passion for BBQ and using an infectious mix of humor, science, experimentation and innovative cooking techniques they achieve just that, leaving participants with a “hunger” to take their BBQ cooking to the next level. This event has something for everyone, no matter where there interest lies: home cooking, catering, gourmet or competition cooking.
