Many parents have some challenges when it comes to their children's appetite especially towards fruits & veggies. Kids get bored eating raw fruits & veggies, so they need change.
I'll be sharing some yummy healthy recipes made of fruits & veggies👌and as always gluten & refined sugar free😊
Today's recipe is Apple Cinnamon wraps. For little ones like my son, I'd advise tucking the ends of z wrap inside to avoid z mess & keep everything neat😄

The wrap is the same as the crepe recipe (i mix quinoa & oats flour for more nutritional value), very easy & takes exactly 10 min from start to end, will share a video of the making.
In this recipe, I used red apples as they are sweeter for my little one, with a pinch of cinnamon, a juice of a lemon, and 1 tablespoon of white honey. ريحة البيت تكون رائعة وبتجنن
In a non-stick skillet, I added 1 tsp of butter, then added the diced apples + all the above, until it is tender.
