We have taken a nice break in August to enjoy some rest & recharge time and hope you have too. 😌

✴️ We are back now and ready to host another Eye Contact Experiment event in the park with all of you! ☺️

💛We will meet for this event on Sunday, September 3rd from 4:30-6:30pm(16:30-18:30)
at La Gran Clariana in El Clot.

Eye contact is a powerful and beautiful way to experience a moment of meaningful human connection and to connect with yourself and others on a deeper level.

Simply make eye contact with someone in the community and discover what happens! 🌞

There will be multiple eye contact sessions, lasting 10 minutes each, in silence. You will have 5 minutes to talk with your eye contact partner after each session and share your thoughts about the experience!

Everyone has the choice to participate in all of the sessions, some...or none at all. If you prefer to just observe, that's an option too...it's entirely up to you and what you feel comfortable with.

The important part is to just listen to yourself and be in touch with what feels right in the moment since these eye contact sessions can push us outside of our comfort zones.

During the eye contact sessions, anything can happen - each person will have their own unique experience of varied thoughts and feelings and each experience will be different. It is a great opportunity to make profound connections with others and practice being more present in the moment.

Yesterday evening marked our first sunset gathering of the Spring season and it was absolutely beautiful. Yet another successful Eye Contact Experiment event, in the books.

As you can see, there were relaxed and peaceful vibes in the air! ✨
Sometimes we need to take a break from eye contact after a session, to reflect and connect with ourselves without the gazing. It then becomes a simply enjoyable and mindful moment in the park - we want you to use these events as an opportunity to determine what feels best for you, and respect that! ✨

Although we are a bit late in posting this 😅 we have not forgotten the spectacular experience we shared with many new eye contact friends this past Saturday, when we teamed up with to host a combined event with The Eye Contact Experiment! 🌟
It was a marvelously beautiful day on the rooftop, enriched with meaningful and deep conversations...and made complete with a few sessions of eye contact at the end! 💛We will meet for this Eye Contact Gathering on Saturday, October 15th from 1:00-3:00pm(13:00-15:00)

⁉️ What is eye contact?⁉️

Eye contact is a powerful and beautiful way to experience a moment of meaningful human connection and to connect with yourself and others on a deeper level.
✨👀👀✨

Simply make eye contact with someone in the community and discover what happens! 🌞

There will be multiple eye contact sessions, lasting 10 minutes each, in silence. You will have 5 minutes to talk with your eye contact partner after each session and share your thoughts about the experience!

Everyone has the choice to participate in all of the sessions, some...or none at all. If you prefer to just observe, that's an option too...it's entirely up to you and what you feel comfortable with.

The important part is to just listen to yourself and be in touch with what feels right in the moment since these eye contact sessions can push us outside of our comfort zones.

During the eye contact sessions, anything can happen - each person will have their own unique experience of varied thoughts and feelings and each experience will be different. It is a great opportunity to make profound connections with others and practice being more present in the moment.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: This is an event concept where respect and consideration of others is crucial. This is meant to be a safe space for everyone. We welcome only those who understand how important this is and respect others while taking this mindfulness exercise seriously.
