The company is partnering with 53 chefs from Different African countriesto address the embassies need to cater their national cuisine, The 251 foods Kitchen is certified by Ethiopian standardization agency nd FMHACA to the very highest specifications . 251 Foods Co. is designed to produce up to 2,000 School meals for school 500 sea catering for the Ethiopian shipping line, and up to 800 meals for a new upcoming airlines, 2000 meals for the funeral, and weeding and other different activities in the most efficient hygienic environment. 251Foods Catering employs approximately 15 people locally and 53 chefs on a rotation bases one chef per week enough last to the whole year .
