A quote from my wonderful wife, “Come and be a witness at an elopement in Glencoe he said. Just a short stroll from the car park he said. Weather will be kind he said”

Unfortunately it didn’t turn out that way. Got absolutely soaked. Like wringing wet.

But the bride and groom, Adreena and Danny loved it.

A FIRST CEREMONY

EVER

IN A BRAND NEW VENUE

On the remote road between Pitlochry and the A93 I’ve been passing a sign saying “New Wedding Venue” for months. Today I conducted a lovely ceremony for Robert and Ellen all the way from the USA.

Helen, who runs the venue says it’s so remote the only way you can find it is on What3Words ///claim.highly.foot. She’s right.

What an amazing day with Emma and Lawrence. The ceremony was a blast, an absolute hoot thanks to Emma’s inspired homework.

Lawrence’s was three lines, 30 words and useless! I read it out anyway.

A really personal wedding today. I’ve known Chelsea since she was six and it was a real honour to marry her and Ryan. It was also great to see her Dad Tom again and some of the bridesmaids who, again I’ve known since their primary schooldays.

For Mitchell and Christina a perfect day for their Perthshire wedding. Ok, we ran about an hour late after their bus from Hamilton left some of their guests stranded and had to go back for them but we did them proud. Great fun.
