Brads role here at Four Gables is to ensure you have high-quality wines, spirits and any other beverage. Delivering a diverse and appealing range for whatever the occasion!

He has spent my last 2 years working at a prestigious wedding venue as a bar manager and assisting the coordinator in running the day of events.

In his own words; ‘I really just love being at work! I’m surrounded by a great team who I call friends and I feel very lucky to enjoy doing what I do.’

The menu, designed in collaboration with Gate Street, is testament to the quality of the Lamb they produce. With sustainability and 0 waste at its core, this menu is designed to be conscious and delicious.

Enjoy arrival canapés and drinks, followed by a 4 Course Dinner. All while mingling with Gate Street Farmers, fellow Surrey residents and food enthusiasts.

A perfect example is our new Gin and Tonic Salmon. The salmon is cured in The Tipsy Food Company] London Dry Gin and then the same gin is used to make a G&T Jelly, all topped off with a Gin Pipette and Dill Snow!

Seasonality and Food Miles are a hot topic at the moment and we just like many others are always conscious about how far our food travels and where it comes from. With the help of our expert suppliers we can use the best seasonal produce and know it’s all grown locally. Take our new vegan starter for example, we use for our asparagus during the height of the season, they grow there own asparagus and so we can trace it right back to source and know it hasn’t travelled very far in order to reach us!
