So proud and humble to be a small part of this amazing charity and event 🎅🌲
Blessings in Disguise

Yesterday was our yearly Santa in July for our very special guests. The event was absolutely amazing and we want to thank everyone that made the event possible. Many special memories and moments were created because of the kind help and support of everyone involved.
Firstly we would like to send a big thank you to the man himself our Santa, aka Ian who always takes the time to make every child’s day extra special. Thank you to Leigh Masonic Lodge, The Ellesmere Suite in Leigh Masonic Hall for the use of the venue and an extra special thank you to Lauren and Lucy for all their help on the day. Thank you to our wonderful photographers Mick The Pic and Dave for capturing all the special moments. Thank you to Mark and Suzanne from Marks with splendour catering who provided such a beautiful buffet and a special mention to Suzanne’s mum who made the lovely cupcakes. A big shout out and thank you to Joanne and Natasha from Face2Face The Home Of Entertainment Agency who provided absolutely fantastic and inclusive entertainment for our VIP’s.

We’re expanding!!!

Leigh RUFC are offering people the opportunity to be involved in a happy rugby club!

We are encouraging everyone already involved in the rugby club to please complete the survey as we look to improving our club in the future.

If you are new, GREAT! We still want you fill out the survey, whether you are experienced, new or know nothing about rugby at all! There are jobs for everyone, rugby and non rugby related!

We are not expecting continuous commitment, even if you have an hour that you may be able to volunteer, then fill out the form!!

We appreciate everything our volunteers do for Leigh RUFC! We wouldn’t have a club without them….

This weekends round up!

Friday saw a fundraiser for a children’s brain injury charity. A huge amount was raised by a group of nearly 180 young lawyers having a sports/fun day🥇🥈🥉Manchester Rugby Club

This was followed by the usual Friday night childrens cricket games 🏏 Cheadle Hulme Cricket Club

Saturday was a huge day with 70 football teams playing in the SK8 tournament⚽️ The players, siblings, parents and grandparents kept us busy with food and brews 🍔🍟🌭🍕🫖☕️
Also on Saturday night we had the privilege of serving a 3 course meal to 316 (Leigh) Squadron at Leigh Miners, many thanks to the organiser for choosing us again to cater for your annual event 🍽️

Sunday was a well needed rest!!
Thanks again to our fabulous team of staff and all our customers 👏🏻

It’s a beautiful venue available to hire for all kinds of functions and is especially suited for Weddings.

So the weekend kicked off with the usual Friday night lights childrens cricket 🏏 very busy with hungry kids and parents!
Running along side a great movie 🍿 🎥 themed 18th birthday party celebration 🎉 (client posted a lovely review)
all at MRC and CHCC.
Also on Friday was the Annual Rugby Dinner at Leigh RUFC with nearly 80 people enjoying a 3 course dinner 🍽️

Saturday was a big day with a first of its kind Northwest v Northeast Big Match at MRC
30 years of Leigh Ladies Rugby Matches at Leigh RUFC!
Lastly an Amateur Dramatics 🎭 night at the Raven pub in Culcheth!

Sunday was spent celebrating our own grandsons naming day! 🩵

Best time of the week after yet another busy few days.
Friday saw the start of the start of the All Stars 6 week cricket experience for youngsters with over 80 children (and adults) enjoying a drink and plenty of food in the glorious sunshine at Cheadle Hulme CC
Saturday was a 3 parter!
Part 1 was the Senior Lancashire Rugby finals 🏉
Part 2 was a 50th birthday celebration 🥳
Part 3 was another birthday celebration 🥳

Today was a chill out in the garden ready to start again early tomorrow!

Well what a day!
Started with lunch for a touring rugby team who had a Strictly Come Dancing competition, complete with a human glitter ball 🪩at Leigh RUFC - Ltd
Tonight we had the end of season rugby dinner for over 100 players, partners and committee members, celebrating a great season at Manchester Rugby Club 🏉
Then food to buy for the All Stars kids cricket event at Cheadle Hulme Cricket Club while the parents sat and enjoyed a drink in the sunshine ☀️🥂🍷🍻

Great night was had by all on Friday night at Cheadle Hulme Cricket Club 🏏
Lots of parents and children enjoying the evening in a packed clubhouse and plenty of street food being sampled from our new and exciting menus!

We are expanding our happy work team & looking for part time staff waiting on & kitchen work, experience not required but helpful, at Leigh Masonic Hall ( near J Rs Taxi )
Usually evening work 2/3 evenings a week usually 7pm- 10pm A great way to earn extra income, competitive rate of pay,
