We are still putting plans in place, such as pre match entertainment, however information on how to secure your tickets will be released later this week for the following fixtures:

England v Serbia (Saturday 16th June 20:00)
England v Denmark (Thursday 20th June 17:00)

Happy Easter to all of our followers!
We know we have been quieter than normal on here and it’s about time we give you all an update.

Askambury is not something that can be planned over night, planning for the following year normally starts immediately after the event. Whilst we absolutely love putting on an event like this for all of Askam - it comes with a cost of sacrifice in our personal lives, giving up time with our families, using excessive amounts of annual leave for preparation, ensuring correct licenses and legislations are in place and followed. It’s time we took a break.

This would have been our 5th anniversary - which is something we want to make extra special and not be a half hearted attempt. We know by taking a year off we will be better placed to make the next Askambury the best one yet!

Whilst we know this will be received with a lot of disappointment - all is not lost. We are delighted to announce that we have plans for Euro 2024 involving big screens and live entertainment (further details will be announced in due course).

Please remember that we are a group of volunteers. The backlash and abuse (including physical) that some of us have received at the news Askambury is postponed this year is unacceptable.

🎸🎶🍺 The stage is set! All that’s missing is YOU! (And the sun ☀️ but we’ve been promised it will be here tomorrow!)🍺🎶🎸

⚠️ PLEASE SEE (and share!) THE BELOW IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION 👇🏻

Gates open from 12:30.

Please do:

✅ Have your ticket ready for inspection. We are using a new electronic ticket system and want to keep queue times down to a minimum. You will then be presented with a wrist band - Blue is for over 18 and orange is for under 18. ID will be required on the day. If you are on the field without a wrist band you will be asked to leave, please look after it.

✅ Use the bins provided. If a bin is looking full, please Inform us so we can empty it, rather than it overflowing - let’s keep seagulls to a minimum!

✅ Bring snacks, but don’t forget we have a burger and pizza van there for the day!

✅ Feel free to bring your own soft drinks. Soft drinks and water will be available from the bar and mixers are already included in our spirit prices.

✅ Bring camping chairs and picnic blankets as you require.

✅ We now accept card payment! But please do bring some cash just incase we have any technical issues with our machine.

✅ Use our Snapchat filter!

✅ Buy a programme on arrival. This will enter you into a raffle with prizes such as a Ninja Air Fryer, Apple AirPods and a £50 High Haume Glamping monetary voucher up for grabs! Programmes cost £5.

✅ Use public transport as there is no parking available.

✅ Be respectful of our neighbours when leaving.

Please don’t:

❌ Bring alcohol. A lot of effort and money has been spent on stocking the bars for you, so please help the club and purchase from us.

❌ Bring, sell, use, or have anything to do with drugs! If you do you will be removed from the field and the police will be informed. We have professional security for the duration of the event.

❌ Turn up without a ticket! We are completely sold out! If you are no longer available to attend, we have made a group (that we will post in the comments below) where you can try and sell your ticket to someone else.

❌ Go beyond the perimeter fence onto the football pitch.

❌ Bring any glass - plastic only!!!

❌ Bring dogs - remember, away from Askambury the site is a football ground

Thanks in advance for familiarising yourself with the above.

All of the staff on the day are volunteers. We have put a lot of hard work into making it a great day and believe me, it is incredibly time consuming and takes months of effort. Please help the day run as smoothly as possible.

We had an issue with Under 10’s tickets when tickets first went on sale.

We are pleased to announce that Under 10’s tickets are now available to secure online via the following link. We are offering these tickets free of charge.

Please note that these are the only tickets that will be up for release prior to Askambury 2023. No other ticket types will be going on sale.

⚠️👉🏻 Please be aware that children aged 15 and under will need to enter the venue with an Adult ticket holder. Children must be supervised at all times. A reminder that if you cannot find your ticket in your email inbox or believe you did not receive an email, you can easily locate and download/print your ticket by logging into your Knights Promotions account 👈🏻⚠️

Apologies for the website, this is the first time we have tried it and it was supposed to make all of our lives easier. Unfortunately it hasn't gone 100% smoothly. Issues we will fix for next time.
