I’d like to say a huge thank you to all ofyou lovely folk!
I set up Hot Eventz 2yrs ago with no clue of how tough the events business could be (and little experience) and tonight was my last event with Hot Eventz!

It’s been an amazing experience even though we’ve had blips along the way you guys have been amazing!!!!

Thank you all for your support, I cannot express how thankful I am to have met everyone one of you!

I’m sure Hot Eventz will continue to deliver great events and I’m sure I will see you all again in the future!

PLEASE REMEMBER:

• The gates will NOT open until 8pm! Please do not arrive before this time.

• The best place to park is the Ice Factory Car Park (Rugby club parking will be reserved for those who have requested disabled access)

• NO alcohol is permitted other than that purchased from the rugby club (security will be onsite doing checks)

• THE FILM WILL START AT APPROX 9:30pm (sunset)

• Please bring your picnic chairs and blankets along with something warm to wear as it can get chilly in the evening.

• We will have the fantastic Whiddon Valley Fryer and The Whiddon Wagon and Picola Woodfired Pizza on site this evening along with 51 Degrees North Coffee Company and Toppings and Tiaras.The Rugby Club will be providing bar facilities!

THERE WILL BE LIMITED PARKING AT THE RUGBY CLUB!!

The closet car park is the Ice Factory car park thereafter!🚗🚗 we advise parking at the Ice factory.

Gates open 20:00 (please do not arrive before this time as we will be sound checking etc...)
Film approx 21:30 (sunset)

Please ensure you bring something warm to wear as it make get chilly later in the night.xx
