Cormiston Farm is a family run wedding venue surrounded by the rolling hills of the Clyde Valley. It lies within 2 acres of mature garden and woodland, some 2 miles from the town of Biggar and is listed by Historic Scotland.
The self-catering farmhouse has two large double bedrooms, overlooking the hills to the south. The largest bedroom has a super king size four-poster; both have private bathr

ooms. A smaller bedroom has bunk beds. In the library you can relax in front of a log fire on chilly days. The small galley kitchen is well-equipped and is next to the dining room which can seat 8 guests. The house sleeps six.

Another new B&B joins Wolsey Lodges
Just outside Biggar in the heart of Scottish Borders, Cormiston Farm combines considerable luxury with environmental sensitivity. It's very much a working farm, with sheep galore and wildlife all around, but maintains a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. There are two guest bedrooms and two acres of garden, much of which is used to grow the ingredients served in delicious breakfasts and seasonally-themed three course evening meals: lamb is from the farm itself while venison comes from the Carmichael Estate.
