Why do you go over to Luke onstage all the time? 🦖

I get this normally when we do interviews and I don't think I have ever said why. It is a pretty simple answer to be honest. Luke and I have always and probably always be connected spiritually, magically, cosmically or whatever word you would like to use for two people just getting each other. Why do I go over to him, just to experience the show next to him and with him. It isn't for a sonic reason or to ask him a question. I want to experience the stage with him and from his vantage point. I have explained this as an energy type of thing as well. Same if I'm on a drum riser as well, if Nick and Oli are crushing it I like to be there with them.

If you watch Luke and I closely onstage we approach the mic at the same time (normally in Come Back Home) and it is like a little synchronised dance 🤣 I never knew we did this until I watched some footage back but that connection is there.

On one occasion, Luke and I started packing the gear away in the lockup an we both just burst into the Aerosmith song. It was "Love in an elevator" but the part we sang AT THE SAME TIME, was "In the air, in the air"

We both just stopped and looked at each other and went, WTF! 🤣

You go through quite a few emotions onstage but I cannot explain the feeling you have when you look over at one of your brothers and they are just in the zone, smiling like a Cheshire Cat.

Anyway, happy weekend and remember
