FAQs: 🙋🏻♂️ 🙋♀️
There’s not long to go until the party gets started, so here’s a list of FAQ’s we’ve seen you ask.

The Event has completely sold out, so make your experience easier Print your tickets in advance and use trains or Uber, to save a walk from street parking. :)
Q1. Are tickets still available?
A. No. Due to the overwhelming response the event has totally SOLD OUT. 🙌
Q2. What is the opening time?
A. The event opens at 11am. 🕚
Q3. What time is last entry?
A. Last entry is strictly 7:30pm ⛔️
Q4. Can I leave and return to the event?
Yes. Passes will be available from security at the gates.
Q5. Do I need to print my tickets?
A. If you bought your ticket from Skiddle you can print them if you wish, but they can also be found in the Skiddle app, or in your email inbox. Please be prepared and have them ready so they can be scanned by our staff on entry. If you have printed paper tickets will speed uo entry, you will need to show them at the gates. 🎟️
Q6. Do kids get in for free?
A. There is no entrance fee for children of 5 years and younger. 👧 🧒
Q7. Can I bring my own food and alcohol?
A. Your own food and drink is not permitted at the event. ❌ Except - See Q9.
Q8. Will the food vendors be able to cater for my dietary requirements?
A. Yes. Some of our food vendors will be able to take care of requirements such as vegan, gluten free and coeliac. You can also ask the vendors about allergens that may be in their food. See below for a list of vendors and food available.
Q9. My children only eat certain foods and/or have food allergies. Can I bring food for them?
A. As in Q7, bringing your own food is not permitted, however, baby food, snacks for toddlers and food for kids with food allergies is OK.🍱 🥒
Q10. What alcoholic drinks will be available?
A. There will be a whole host of beers, ales and spirits. 🍻 🥂
Q11. How do I pay for food and drink?
A. Bars and food vendors will accept card and cash payments. 💳 💷
Q12. Can I take water into the event?
A. No. We will only allow sealed liquid containers for baby and toddler drinks. FREE WATER will be available onsite from Alvechurch FC Club House.
Q13. Will there be seating?
A. There will be seating areas around the bars, but please feel free to bring your own folding chairs. 🪑
Q14. Are there any camping facilities?
A. No. It isn’t a camping event. ⛺️
Q15. Can I bring a gazebo?
A. No, gazebos are not permitted. We also ask that you do not bring umbrellas. This is for safety reasons. 🏕️
Q16. What is the lineup?
A. You can find the lineup on any of our promotional posts on our Facebook/Instagram page. Look out for the ‘Meet The Lineup’ posts for individual artist information. 🎤 🔊 🎶
Q17. Are there any set times so we know who will be playing when?
A. Yes, set times will be released on our socials in the days before the event. Look out for them on Facebook and Instagram. ℹ️
Q18. What are the actual names of the tribute artists?
A. As in Q16, you can find the names of the tributes on our ‘Meet The Lineup’ Facebook and Instagram posts. 🎤
Q19. Where can I park my car?
A. There is a car park at the venue and the road leading to it.
Q20. Can I bring my dog?
A. Dogs are welcome but MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES. This is for safety reasons. Also, please make sure you are responsible and always clean up after them. FREE WATER for your dog will be available via the outside tap at the Alvechurch FC Club House. 🐶
Q21. Will I need ID?
A. You may be asked to show proof of identity at the gates, so please have at least 1 form of photo ID on you just in case. 🪪
Q22. Are there medical facilities in case of emergency?
A. Yes. Paramedics will be onsite in the medical area for the duration of the event. 🚑 🏥
Q23. I’m coming on the train. Is the event far from the train station?
A. The venue is 0.8 miles from the station and would take around 15 mins on foot. The area is also covered by Uber just in case you want to save your legs and feet for dancing. 🚕 🚂
