After delivering a service for a beautiful lady who was loved by all. I received this lovely message from her son.

Hi Sam... thank you again for the beautiful service you put together for my mam... there's things in life I'll never forget the birth of my children and death of the most precious loving mother anybody would be proud to call mam.x
The little wink of reassurance and support helped me get though the rest of the day.. for that I am forever grateful. Xx

We said goodbye to CPO Reginald Ethrington BEM today. It was an honour to lead the ceremony.
At 92 years old he was still fit and active. A known sight in Whickham for being out on his bicycle. Remarkable.

We said goodbye to a wonderful lady, Valerie Craig, known for being very family oriented. She was bright, bubbly, loving and nurturing, she would do anything for anyone. However, she was never afraid to speak her mind.
She had a great sense of humour, she was dearly loved by all that knew her. Valerie you are going to be greatly missed.

Derrick was a much loved family man who had loads of hobbies including magic, chess, stamp collecting, model railways and astrology.
The family flowers were absolutely fantastic.
The service was full of laughs remembering a right character.

Today I officiated a service for the most incredible lady who was inspiring in her charity work.
It was so fitting for her final journey to be in an inspiring location.

Today was one of the most difficult services I’ve had to deliver so far.
Saying goodbye to the tiny, beautiful Nellie Rae.

Rest in peace baby girl. Mammy and Daddy love you so much.

Well today service was a first for me. It’s the first time I’ve been asked by the family to tell everyone to f*ck off 🤣🤣

What an absolute honour it was today to lead the ceremony for Tommy (Tucker).

There were at least 300 people in attendance. Using both chapels to accommodate, attendees still lined the roads outside. All coming to pay tribute to a local legend.

He loved to use the word f*ck it was in every sentence he spoke. He greeted people with, “What the f*ck do you want?” And said goodbye with “Ok, f*ck off then” so it was just want Tucker would have wanted to tell all in attendance to f*ck off at the end of the service.

There were tears during the service but also plenty laughs remembering Tucker. Just as he would have wanted!

That’s the beauty of a celebrant led funeral. You have the freedom to choose whatever service you want.
