So we have be in talks with our manufactures about the Barbie Dream castle we showed you all the other day. Well we wanted to add a bit more excitement as always! So we have now ask for a side slide to be added on, you have the benefit of seeing your little ones bouncing around having fun and they will have the extra excitement of a slide too!! We're pleased with the upgrade, what do you think? :-)

You may have noticed a few of our girly castle have been removed from our website recently and this is due to us upgrading and replacing to keep things fresh and exciting for your little ones special day. After a while of searching for a new wow factor castle we are excited to introduce the brand new Dream Theme Castle. At Laken Inflatables, we prioritize exceptional customer service and are dedicated to making your party an unforgettable experience. While we primarily showcase the fun and exciting aspects of our work, there's a lot happening behind the scenes. Operating a business involves various challenges, some of which are beyond our control.

Recently, we faced unexpected hurdles such as one of our vans breaking down in the middle of a busy day and one of our drivers falling ill, leaving us with limited resources over the past weekend. Despite these challenges, our team rallied together to fulfill all the party bookings. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these slight delays.

We want to express our gratitude to our fantastic customers. The majority of you recognize that we are just humans doing our best. Our daily efforts include responding to emails, scheduling jobs, answering phone calls, managing staff wages, planning routes, maintaining equipment and vehicles and handling VAT. Your support not only sustains our family business but also provides employment for four local families. As a VAT registered company, we contribute to our country's welfare as well.

Wow! What a week! A super busy day having half of our equipment p**a tested and all our electrical equipment PAT tested to ensure our equipment is safe for hire a fun but tiresome day as usaual big thanks to Atlas Inflatable Services Ltd its that time of the year don't forget to ask for insurance, test certificates etc and make sure you hire from a reputable Company to ensure saftey at all times much love the Laken team 😊😊
