11:05 - Jakub from Museum of East Dorset will delve into the rich story of the museum and café, highlighting their commitment to sourcing local produce and showcasing how fresh, seasonal ingredients bring both history and flavour to life.
11:15 - Jane will share the story of Wimborne Community Garden in association with Beaucroft College , highlighting its impact on the local community and its role in promoting sustainability and collaboration.
11:30 - Yayu from A Taste of Rasa Sayang will bring the flavours of Indonesia to life with a vibrant demonstration of Mie Goreng, the iconic Indonesian fried noodles, sharing the secrets behind this savoury, street-food favourite.
Midday - Mike from Le Petit Prince Patisserie will showcase the art of crafting and filling delicate French-style macarons, revealing tips and techniques behind these elegant confections.
12:30 - Kingston Lacy will discuss the restoration of the Kitchen Garden and the field-to-table connection between its produce and the café. Also, enjoy lovely samples of their Honey & Apple Scones and Courgette & Lemon Cake.
