Dear Darling and future brides,

After months of personal struggle and seeking the right words to convey my situation, I am now able to share with you a deeply personal event that has significantly impacted my life.

A few months ago, my partner and I experienced the devastating loss of our baby. The emotional toll this took left me unable to fully engage with my beloved business. I found it necessary to take a temporary leave in order to prioritize my mental health and provide much-needed support to my family during this challenging period.

I am deeply grateful for my mother, who stepped up and devoted her time and energy to assist my brides during my absence.

Please rest assured that every one of you will still receive your wedding dresses as ordered. I am now prepared to resume your bridal journeys and reopen the doors of Darling Brides.

I genuinely hope for your understanding related to my recent absence from the shop. During this time, I needed the support of my loving partner, who was and continues to be, my rock. His unwavering support and belief in my strength have been instrumental to my recovery and decision to return to the business I love so much.

I deeply regret any worry or doubt that my absence may have caused you. Please know that I am committed to making things right and providing you with the best bridal experience possible.

1️⃣. When your dress arrives in store we inspect every gown to make sure there are no imperfections..

2️⃣. After that we then fully steam your gown inside and out to make sure it is crease free..

3️⃣. Finally we then put it in an acid free dress bag with your name on until your first fitting appointment to protect your wedding dress.
