Join us for a soul-nourishing evening of in person human connection, movement, and deep relaxation in the serene, rustic setting of the beautiful Barn at Brynich. This is your invitation to step away from the hustle and EMBRACE a peaceful, restorative experience like no other.

What to Expect:
Flow and Breathe: We’ll begin with a gentle yoga session, led by an experienced practitioner, designed to awaken your body and restore balance. Flow through a regressed Ashtanga sequence—perfect for all levels—allowing you to gently awaken the body before gradually building heat within to clear any excess energy and release tension. As you clear the energy within, you’ll be guided into a calming session of pranayama (yoga breathwork) to soothe your nervous system and quiet your mind. The session will conclude with a guided yoga nidra.

Unwind and Restore: The evening continues with a deep dive into relaxation through the healing power of sound. A passionate sound therapist will guide you through a transformative sound healing journey, where soothing frequencies will wash over you, leaving you rejuvenated from within.

Reflect and Connect: We’ll close the evening gathered around the warm glow of the fireplace, sharing a complimentary hot drink of your choice & some of the best homemade brownies you've ever tasted by our good friend Laura. This final gathering will include moments for reflection, gratitude, and manifestation, as we collectively set intentions and embrace the present moment.

This fab Welsh learners’ quiz will give you chance to use and listen to lots of Welsh. Don’t be afraid if you think your Welsh isn’t up to it, we’ll add you to teams with more experienced speakers to make sure you understand the questions. Winners get free tickets to The Eisteddfod!

What a turn out on Saturday for our Brecon Mountain Rescue Team Fundraiser. Thanks to BMR for bringing down their vehicles, Rusty the search dog, and Jan's chicken game!

We wanted to do a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who supported the event, and also to everyone, we raised a massive £670.88 ✨

A huge thank you to Old Railway Line Garden Centre for sponsoring Chase from Paw Patrol to come along, he was loved by everyone!

Shout out to Nathalie's Cupcake Madness for providing cupcakes and tray bakes to raise money.

Morgan & Melville and Aberhonddu & District Male Choir performed beautifully for us and it was so lovely to have some live music here throughout the day.

The sand art station was also a huge hit!
