Very excited to be coming to Manchester very soon to perform and teach some flexibility workshops! 💜

I'll be teaching two workshops Sunday 5th November at the wonderful GFFdamian Dance Studio . These flexibility workshops are perfect to support your dance and circus disciplines!

Splits Splits Splits! 12 - 1.30pm
Safe Backbends! 1.45 - 3.15pm

No previous flexibility or gymnastic experience required! These workshops are suitable for total beginners as well as those who already have a background in flexibility training. Both workshops will include a warmup, conditioning exercises, deep stretching, partner drills and cool down.

Life Drawing at The Bosco! Brighton Fringe Brighton Spiegeltent

Four varied life drawing events at the Bosco with live music jazz trio! Come and draw circus performers as they pose in costume, with aerialists, contortionists, flow artists and dancers accompanied by jazzy folk trio Django Chutney and musicians from Jorges Hot Club.

Not sure about drawing? Join us for a drink and enjoy the live performances and music.

Keen to draw? There will be moving poses and longer poses so something for artists of all abilities! Drawing materials provided.
