There are lots of different ways to become a florist.

I spent two weeks in a florist for my work experience at 14 and fell in love with it. I’d never considered it as a potential career but knew it was what I wanted to do. I then started working for them on a Saturday and the owner started teaching me different skills and techniques. She was a brilliant florist and noticed the smallest detail so there was no cutting corners! At 16 I started a two year professional floristry course and qualified at 18 with a triple distinction.

You never stop learning with floristry as there are always new techniques and skills to master, so I’ve since done two courses at the incredible learning foam free techniques to make my floristry more sustainable

On Saturday 8th June we, along with over 1000 other florists in the UK and Ireland will be taking part in the first ever to celebrate florists and the floral industry. It’s also so we’ll have lots of beautiful locally grown blooms available.

We’ll be sharing flower facts and helpful hints and tips all next week, as well as running a competition where you can win a beautiful seasonal hand tied bouquet for collection. Details on how to enter will be shared next week.

We’ll be hosting a dried flower wreath workshop at Coppa Club, Clifton on Thursday 23rd May at 3:30pm.

We’ll teach you step by step how to create your own wreath, using a range of beautiful dried flowers and foliage to which will last for at least a year. All materials are included and refreshments provided by Coppa.

We’ve collaborated with the brilliant local baker to create “The Sweetest Mum” gift set, which is the perfect treat for Mother’s Day. Not only will she receive a beautiful spring bouquet of tulips, hyacinth, ranunculus and anemones but she’ll also get a 250g assortment of delicious hand made fudge from (flavours are vanilla, chocolate orange and white chocolate and raspberry) Available for collection or delivery.

Our Mother’s Day range is now available to order in store or on our website. We’ve got a beautiful range of bouquets available for collection and delivery, including “The Sweetest Mum” gift set which we’ve collaborated on with local Bristol baker
We’ll be showcasing some of our bouquets across the next week for inspiration but if you know exactly what your mum likes then get in touch and we can make a bespoke bouquet for you.

It is always the busiest weekend of the year for florists, so please order in advance if possible to guarantee your order.

We’ll be open until 6pm on Saturday 9th and 10am to 3pm on Sunday 10th.

We are 3!! 🥳 🎉🥳

I can’t believe it’s been 3 years since I opened the door for the first time. It’s been a journey with plenty of ups, a few downs and challenges but I wouldn’t change any of it. I’ve been lucky enough to meet incredible people along the way who’ve gone on to become friends.
A big thank you to my brilliant suppliers and for keeping the shop supplied with good quality flowers. and for being a brilliant team to work with and to every one of my customers, I wouldn’t be here without you so thank you for trusting me to create beautiful flowers for you ♥️

We well be extending our opening hours next week:

Monday 12th 9:00am to 5pm
Tuesday 13th 9:00am to 5pm
Wednesday 14th 9:00am to 6pm

We’ll have a range of ready to go bouquets in the shop but if you know what you want please pre order if possible, as we’ve pre-sold a lot of our roses already so it’s the safest way to guarantee your order.

We’re making few changes to our opening days and hours starting from next week. We will be open Tuesday - Saturday and closed on Sunday and Monday. Our opening hours are below:

Wednesday 10:00am - 4:00pm
Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm

During Valentines, Mother’s Day and Christmas we will be open extra days and longer hours.

As 2023 draws to a close I just want to say a huge thank you to all of our customers for making it another wonderful year. I’m incredibly grateful to every one of you.
A special thank you to and for being the best to team to work with on all our wonderful weddings.
I’m taking a little break in January but will be back in the shop on Tuesday 23rd.

It’s time to start getting festive so that can only mean one thing, wreaths are here! We have a selection of wreaths ready to go in the shop as well as a selection available to order online. We can also make a bespoke wreath for you, so if you have an idea in mind then just contact us and we can work our magic!
